This policy outlines how Kleonex Consumer Private Limited ships XIVON products purchased through this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India through reputed third-party logistics partners. International shipping is not offered at this time. For institutional or bulk orders outside our standard delivery network, please coordinate with our sales team at sales@kleonex.in.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary by location and are calculated from the date of dispatch:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / North-East / hilly regions: 7–10 business days

These are indicative timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier load, weather, regional disruptions, or events outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at the checkout step before payment.
  • For institutional or bulk orders, shipping is quoted separately on a case-by-case basis.
  • Any taxes/duties levied by local authorities (where applicable) will be borne by the customer.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive the courier name and tracking number via email. You can track the shipment on the courier's website. For any tracking-related queries, please email support@kleonex.in with your Order ID.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of acceptance, or no response at the destination, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
  • In such cases, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy, after deducting the actual two-way shipping cost.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us at support@kleonex.in within 48 hours. For shipments lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier and either re-ship the order or process a full refund as appropriate.
